EXODUS 90 - AN INVITATION TO UNCOMMON FREEDOM

Many men today feel distracted or caught up in things that pull them away—alcohol, social media, work, achievement, and more. It’s so common that our culture often assumes these struggles define us.

But a truly free man isn’t perfect; he remembers that he is a son of God and trusts that he can grow through grace and the support of brothers.

Through prayer, we open our hearts to God. Through asceticism, we learn to say “no” to what holds us back. Through fraternity, we receive the encouragement we need to keep going.

Join Fr. Dan and the men of our parish for 90 days of fraternity, prayer, and ascetical practices. Together, we’ll journey through the Book of Exodus with guidance from Fr. Boniface Hicks, OSB, and Jamie Baxter.

The world says freedom means doing whatever you want. But true freedom is found in commitment, sacrifice, and love—a freedom that leads to a life of purpose.

PRAYER  Each morning you’ll receive a passage from sacred scripture and a reflection to guide your silent prayer.

ASCETICISM  We can’t say “Yes” to God until we have said “No” to the world and it’s comforts. You’ll return to the Church’s ancient — and largely forgotten — tradition of asceticism. You’re encouraged and invited to practice as many of the disciplines as you can.

FRATERNITY  You will join other men from the community on your journey. Each week you’ll meet in person. Together you will follow a simple structure for prayer, accountability and encouragement.



HOW TO JOIN

2. Create an account and log in.
3. Go to the Groups/Communities section.

5. Tap Join (or Request to Join).
